I was able to find the item I wanted easily. The sales assistant at the checkout was lovely. She asked if I was a member, I said no. She offered for me to become one and told me about the benefits. Totally great service.

Zero service at this store. Went in to buy and get headlight globes fitted. Ask if I can have them fitted and the assistant just shrugs his shoulders and hands them to me. I’m parked in the fitting bay so go out front and teach myself how to do it. If there was a Zero rating available that’s what I would give them because as far as customer service there was None.

Had an issue with an item, phoned the store and they said come in. When I got there I was met with aggression and narcissism. The lady was so incredibly rude refused to actually let me speak instead just kept saying “are you going to let me speak”? Besides the fact I didn’t want a refund just wanted them to facilitate an exchange I left there just gobsmacked that I was directed to come in and then treated like that. I phone online service who were absolutely amazing and the exchange was facilitated by them and product received within a week. I was asked by the online service to return item to burleigh but I wouldn’t even grace them with my presence, disgusting behaviour .

Great store. The staff member that served me was so helpful. He not only sold me the exact battery for my car, he gave me instructions on the best way to change it over I had no problems when we got back to my car. All going well
